About PrintMap3D

PrintMap3D started as a gift.

For our 9th anniversary, I wanted to create something deeply personal for my partner: 3D printed models of four places that shaped our story — where we met, our first rented home, our own home, and the place where our son was born.

I searched for tools that could turn those real locations into beautiful printable models, but nothing gave me the quality, control, or emotional detail I wanted. I managed to print three of the places using existing services, but the most important one — where our son was born — did not come out the way it deserved.

That moment mattered too much to compromise, so I started building my own system.

PrintMap3D is built around a simple idea: places are not just coordinates on a map. They are memories, milestones, homes, journeys, and stories you can hold in your hands.

Today, PrintMap3D helps people turn real places into printable 3D STL maps for gifts, model railway terrain, architecture, education, and personal memories.
